What We Collect
When you visit the Site, we log and store your IP Address and technical information about your visit like your browser type and how you progressed through the Site, where you abandoned it, etc. (“Usage Information”). We may place a small piece of software referred to as a “cookie” on your computer to help us collect this information, and you can remove this and other cookies through your browser preferences menu, though the exact method varies depending on the type of browser you use. If you visit from a mobile device, we may reference your device identifier or other information about where your visit originated. This helps us, among other things, recognize you when you come back to the Site and pick up where we left off.
We also collect content you upload or share about your interior design needs (“Room Data” and other information relating to “Procurement,” each as defined in our Terms. These types of information are referred to collectively in this policy as “Design Info”.
If Design Info includes (or is submitted in connection with) personally-identifiable information such as your name, address, email or photos of yourself or your family, this is “Personal Information” under this policy. Please do not upload photos of anyone under 18 at any time using the Site. We may also collect Personal Information and/or associate it with your online account through consultations via phone or email, or where posted on public social media profiles.
If you supply or upload photos or any other content in connection with the “inspiration” page of our website, including Personal Information, we refer to that as “Inspiration Data” in this Policy.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our payment processor Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We do not collect, store or personally transmit your payment information.
How We Use It
Usage Data helps us monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our Site, diagnose or fix technology problems, and otherwise plan for, improve and enhance our Site or our business operations. We may associate information we automatically collect with your other information if you become a subscriber or trial user.
Design Info, along with Personal Information, is used to (1) fulfill orders, (2) provide our services and customer support, (3) send you email updates and notifications, (3) improve our service offerings and our site, and facilitate the display of images for inspiration of others, if you choose to associate Inspiration content with your Personal Information. Our emails may also contain offers from us or from third parties you can take advantage of, but you can always opt-out of email notifications using the “unsubscribe” link in the email footer.
If you submit Inspiration Data to the Inspiration portion of our Site, we will use and display that content as a part of the Site, and it will be visible to the public.
Note that your payment information will be submitted to and processed by a third party payment processor, Stripe, through the Shopify platform mentioned above.
We may share Usage Data with our third party service providers in the course of our operations, affiliates of our business, or in connection with the display of first or third party advertising specific to your geographic location. We may also engage third parties to help us improve our business, such as analytics providers, and such parties may have access to aggregate or individual Usage Data.
Third Party Sharing. In the ordinary course of our business we may share Personal Information as follows:

Because of the nature of our Site, WE DO NOT CURRENTLY ENCRYPT ANY TRANSMISSIONS TO OR FROM THE WEBSITE IN ANY MANNER. IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE UNENCRYPTED TRANSMISSION OF THE INFORMATION DESCRIBED HEREIN, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT INFORMATION TO US THROUGH THE SITE. While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches, no website or internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breach will never occur. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Your activity on the Site does not allow us to recognize or acknowledge Do Not Track signals, though our registration process and services are secured according to specific contractual promises. Do not transmit any sensitive or personal information using the Site other than as directed to enter into a subscription or trial with us.
Third Party Links
The Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from third party websites of our partner networks, advertisers, partner merchants, suppliers, retailers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.
